After LRGS Open Day, I drove up to Dumfries to spend the weekend with my parents. We did a sculpture walk on Saturday afternoon, then Criffel and a coastal walk on Sunday.

I spent the weekend darting between the school outdoor activity residential trip and the CUHWC summer trip, both in Glenridding! On Friday evening I did a short walk with David, spent Saturday with school, then did a longer walk with CUHWC on Sunday.

Michael and Helen had a shared Stag and Hen weekend in Coniston and we all enjoyed fantastic hot sunny weather. We did a short walk on Saturday and went canoeing on Sunday (of which there are no photos).

The Spring Bank Holiday weekend was spent in Braemar exploring another 16 Munros in variable weather conditions! The highlight was the Lochnagar horseshoe from Glen Muick.

I spent the weekend backpacking and wild camping around Wasdale, visiting all the summits for Alison's benefit! Saturday's route was a bit silly, Sunday's route had lots of ascent and Monday's walk was ... damp! An excellent Bank Holiday weekend!

I led another walk for Summitt Good, this time on the Howgills. The weather was excellent for an exploration of some of the lesser known hills - Wandale Hill, Grere Fell, Green Bell, Randygill Top, Kensgriff, Yarlside, The Calf, Calders and Great Dummacks - which were well worth a visit!

I spent a couple of days supervising the Silver Duke of Edinburgh groups. On Friday I headed up Wether Hill from Brothers Water to meet four groups and on Saturday I drove round to Ambleside to meet a group on Red Screes and was surprised to catch up with another group as I returned over High and Low Pike.

I spent the Easter Bank Holiday weekend in Crianlarich with the duffers. We were lucky with the weather with sunny weather for the majority of our stay, allowing us to complete 11 nearby Munros.

My parents and I went to David's house for a weekend in the Peak District. On Saturday we went to the White Peak and on Sunday the Dark Peak in bright sunshine

The weekend was spent supervising the Gold D of E groups in the Eskdale area. On Saturday I headed up towards Harter fell to meet four groups before going in the other direction to Burnmoor Tarn to check them into camp. On Sunday I met a group on Illgill Head before heading back down Miterdale and nipping up Muncaster Fell to watch a group over.

I spent the weekend on the CUHWC Easter trip to the Pinnacle Club hut in Cwm Dyli. On Saturday, I enjoyed the Snowdon horseshoe and on Sunday, a walk over Moel Hebog.

I parked in Dent for a long (34km) solo walk up Aye Gill Pike, down to the valley at the far end, then up onto Whernside before contouring round Great Coum and heading back to Dent. A windy, rather grey day.

I had a free afternoon and the sun was shining so I left work promptly and enjoyed a stoll around the Arnside area with stunning views towards the Lakes and Dales.

The forecast promised improving weather so I set out in the drizzle with low cloud ahead for Gragareth. I didn't get any views all day but did get the opportunity to do a few bearings!
